Two workers seriously burned by arcing from electrical panel

Ottawa Fire Services said the electrical panel that caught fire was on the fifth floor. The fire was brought under control by 12:32 p.m., but a significant amount of smoke had made its way through the structure, necessitating “extensive” ventilation operations, a media release said.
