Members of IBEW 2228,
IBEW Local 2228 and Treasury Board have exchanged initial bargaining proposals for renewing the EL collective agreement. Both sets of proposals are posted below for members to review.
You’ll notice that our proposals identify the issues we intend to pursue but are brief on specific language.
We did this on purpose, to keep the bargaining team as much room as possible to reach the best outcome at the table. We’ll provide detailed language as negotiations move forward.
