Tentative agreement reached with NAV CANADA

Your negotiating team is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of collective bargaining with NAV CANADA. A memorandum of settlement was reached after 30 days of face-to-face negotiations beginning in September 2023. The agreement is now subject to ratification by the members. Details of the memorandum of settlement and attachments can be found here.
In the coming days, the following information will be made available to the members through the Local Union website:
– dates, times and locations of information meetings; and
– electronic voting procedures.
