IBEW CANADA SUPPORTS AGENTS OF CHANGE AT EHRC’S FLAGSHIP EVENT
IBEW Canada was proud to once again support EHRC’s annual Agents of Change reception—Canada’s premier event dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the electricity sector and beyond. Held at the historic Palais Royale in Toronto, the event brought together leaders, changemakers, and industry stakeholders to celebrate progress and chart a path forward for more inclusive workplaces.
As a long-standing partner of EHRC since its inception in 2005, IBEW Canada was pleased to sponsor the luncheon at this year’s event. Our sincere thanks to the EHRC team for the excellent food and flawless organization. The feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive.
We also extend our congratulations to Susanna Zagar, CEO of the Ontario Energy Board, who was honoured as the 2025 Agent of Change Award recipient for her leadership and impact.
Our International Representative, Bruce Harris, attended the event and reinforced our commitment to workforce development, inclusion, and equity in the electricity sector. We thank EHRC for their continued leadership and look forward to working together to ensure a skilled, diverse, and inclusive future for our industry.
