1620 donates a snowblower to Rainbow Riders

1620 Continues to Give Back

Today, sisters and brothers of Local 1620 gathered together to present and donate a snowblower to Rainbow Riders.

Rainbow Riders Therapeutic Riding Newfoundland and Labrador has a mission to offer year-round therapeutic horseback riding programs for children and youth with special physical, cognitive and emotional needs which are adapted to suit the unique needs of the participants.

Rainbow Riders has operated its therapeutic riding program for over 25 years. Relying solely on donations and fundraising, Rainbow Riders operates from a facility that currently houses 16 horses and provides an indoor riding arena to support year-round operation.
