Upcoming Steward Training – IBEW-FIOE 2228

Dear Members,

We are pleased to be offering a Steward Training Course in Toronto this November 29 & 30th. The training will be open to all Stewards; however, registration is on a first come first serve basis.

Registration deadline: October 21st 2023

If you wish to this training, please register by completing the registration form HERE and submit to the Business Office no later than October 21st 2023.

Please note that due to limited availability and spacing the registrations will be prioritized to ensure new Stewards are afforded the opportunity to attend. Priority will then go on a first come- first served basis for refresher training for more experienced Stewards.

Only after you have received confirmation of your attendance for the shop steward training from the Business Office are you to book travel and accommodations. For planning purposes, you will need to arrive the day prior to the start of training, and you may depart on the evening the course finishes or the next day. Your travel and accommodations expenses will be covered by the Local Union.
