Responsibilities:

You will provide typing and general office functions. You will send, receive and distribute fax messages, ensure an adequate supply of paper is on hand, intercept telephone and take and give messages, open and stamp incoming mail, set up meetings and notify personnel required to attend. You will provide relief in other areas on site, operate the switchboard, make travel arrangements, compile monthly telephone bills and forward to applicable areas for approval, issue and re-order stationary supplies, and all other duties as assigned.

You will be responsible for personal safety and that of co-workers by observing and promoting the Corporation’s Safety and Health Program. You will also be responsible for any environmental aspects of the job and performing work in an environmentally responsible manner.

Job Requirements:

You will have High School graduation or equivalency supplemented by the successful completion of a recognized Office Administration/Secretarial program or an equivalent combination of education, training and two (2) years experience. You must possess a valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
