IBEW 993 Office Position Available in Kamloops – Electrical Workers Local 993

We are looking to hire a full-time Category 2 Level 1 Employee for our front office team. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break.

Duties may include but are not limited to; general office duties, data entry, month end procedures, reconciliations, processing payments and forms, tracking apprentices, as well as other duties that may arise within our office.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience working in an office environment using Office 365, and experience with the most current office programs. Experience in bookkeeping is preferred, must be able to work under pressure, a fast learner and work as a team player.

This is not and cannot be a remote job. You must live in the Kamloops area for this job opportunity.
