Canada Day Celebration 2023 Kitimat – JGC

Canada Day celebrations were in full swing in Kitimat, and JFJV and LNG Canada were thrilled to come together to create a Canadian-themed float for the parade. The community showed up, cheering and waving as the float made its way down the streets. There was a real sense of joy and unity as everyone celebrated this great country.

The JFJV and LNG Canada float was decked out with people in Bowling Pin costumes, an ode to the sport originally created in Canada and spread worldwide.

It was a perfect day to celebrate everything that makes Canada such a wonderful place to live. Overall, the Canada Day celebration in Kitimat was a huge success, and the JFJV and LNG Canada team had a great time walking alongside the float, handing out candy, and seeing everyone enjoying the beautiful day.
