Nav Canada’s intent to implement Tentative Agreement plan-Arbitration Date scheduled.

Sisters and Brothers,

You will recall that the Local had expressed our disagreement with the Collective Agreement implementation scheme in our April 25th web posting.

Several meetings were held with the Nav Canada in attempts to resolve this dispute, however, no agreement could be reached. Therefore, the Local served notice that we wish to move forward with arbitration.

The arbitration date is set for 14 May 2025.
