Brothers and Sisters,
The Joint Proposal documents were shipped out to the members on December 16, 2024 with some already receiving the package.
Most members will receive their package in the next few days but for those who need to vote and can’t wait for their package to arrive, they can call the Help Line.
Prior to receiving the voter PIN, the member will be verified by their membership number and personal credentials.

Once they receive their PIN they can vote online or by phone:
