IBEW Local 586 Welcomed Federal Minister of Employment, workforce development and official languages Randy Boissonnault as he announced the second phase of the Union training and innovation program or UTIP.
This program plays a role in training Journeypersons, and Apprentices the training to be a part of the green economy, for projects such as electric vehicule charging stations and wind and solar farms.
