Énergie La Lièvre – Ratification of the Tentative Agreement

I am pleased to announce that the tentative agreement reached on February 27, 2025, was ratified by the members on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, through a secret ballot vote supervised by Brother François Huard.
The agreement was approved with a 93% acceptance rate. Your collective agreement has therefore been renewed retroactively, effective January 1, 2025.
Moving forward, the parties are working on drafting the new collective agreement. Further details will be provided regarding the dates for retroactive payments.
