IBEW Local 993 would like to congratulate Brother Joseph Render on receiving his Red Seal certification.

Brother Joseph is pictured receiving his Red Seal from Business Manager Jim Bicknell. This achievement represents years of hard work, training, dedication, and commitment to the electrical trade.

Serving an apprenticeship through the IBEW gives apprentices more than just a path to certification. It gives them the support of experienced journeypersons, strong mentorship on the job, access to quality training, and the backing of a union that wants to see every member succeed.

The Red Seal is a major milestone in any tradesperson’s career, and reaching it is something to be proud of. Congratulations again to Brother Joseph on this achievement, and thank you to everyone who helped support him along the way.
