In February of 2022 it was announced that a National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Formula Program will provide nearly 5 billion dollars in funding over the next 5 years to help states create a network of EV charging stations. While this is tremendous and helps the U.S. move more quickly to widespread adoption of electric vehicles, The NECA/IBEW Powering America Team has been EV Pros for years.
