Nav Canada Tentative Agreement – Ratification Meetings & Next Steps

With the face-to-face negotiations completed, the next step is for members to ratify the tentative agreement. Please make note of this important preliminary information:

  • The vote will be conducted electronically.  Intelivote is the Local’s preferred e-voting service provider. It is an efficient, reliable, secure and very convenient way for members to vote.  Voting can be done over the phone or the internet.
  • Ratification kits for Nav Canada members are scheduled to be mailed out the week of April 22nd, 2024.  The kit will contain a cover letter from the Business Manager, the negotiating team’s recommendation and your personal identification number required to cast your ballot.
  • If you do not receive your kit by April 30th, 2024, please contact the Business Office and a substitute PIN will be provided to you over the phone.
  • Voting will open on May 1st, 2024, and members will have until noon EST on May 8th, 2024, to cast their vote.  Results will be posted on the website shortly thereafter.
  • The voting kit with each member’s secure PIN will be mailed by Canada Post to the member’s last known home address.  It is vitally important for you to let the Business Office know if you’ve moved.
  • Only members in good standing are entitled to vote on the collective agreement. Applications are available for download here.

Gander NL:       Tuesday April 16th @ 7-9pm Location: Room 244

Moncton NB:     Monday April 15th @ 4-6pm Location: ACC Boardroom B

Montreal QC:    Thursday April 18th 4-6pm Location: Novotel Montreal Airport, 2599 Alfred Nobel

Toronto ON:      Wednesday April 10th @ 4-6pm Location: ACC Exec. Boardroom 2nd Floor

Ottawa ON:       Tuesday April 9th @ 4-6pm  Location: #C-ANS U59 Theater

Winnipeg MB:   Wednesday April 17th @ 3-5pm Location: ACC Rm 231

Edmonton AB:   Tuesday April 16th @ 3-5pm Location: TBD

Vancouver BC:   Monday April 15th @ 3-5pm Location: Golden Ears Room
