Happy Thanksgiving!

Brothers and Sisters,

This year has been one of growth, progress, and solidarity. We’re strengthening our voice across every sector we represent; advancing skilled trades priorities in Parliament with Canada’s Building Trades Unions; and continuing to push for fair labour policies for all workers. Every day, IBEW members power, connect, and serve our communities with pride and skill.

We have much to be grateful for this Thanksgiving: a stronger national voice, greater investment in training, safer workplaces, and a growing union ready to build Canada’s future.

I offer my heartfelt thanks to our members, leaders, stewards, committee volunteers, and staff at every level. Your work and dedication strengthen our union and the communities we serve.

As we gather with friends and family, please also remember those who are less fortunate and those who are tirelessly working to ensure our safety and comfort during this holiday. Let’s continue to extend our support and solidarity to these individuals through charitable efforts and acts of kindness.
